My weight hasnt changed much but I did go to the gym 3 days this past week. I had to force myself on saturday because I stayed up all night doing my hair and did not want to sweat out the hairstyle. I need to blog more regularly because it helps me focus and stay accountable. I'm such a culprit of sneaking tons of bad food. This whole living with another person thing is not what I'd thought it be. I need to do some real grocery shopping for healthy food. I don't know why I can't just stick to the plan of eating massive amounts of vegetables and healthy food.
I supplied a before and current to hopefully give myself some motivation to keep going because I seriously want to have abs.
