 Ok so I have a couple days of reading in the 170s straight so it’s looking like it’s really going down. I ate potatoes for dinner. I haven’t bought the millet yet. I think I will to make sushi or do a millet and quinoa mix. I’m wondering if it’s going to take me another year to get to 140lbs. I’m not rushing so it’s probably going to take a while. I really want some soup. Like lentil soup or corn soup if I can have that.,. I need to see what soups are good for the liver. I don’t think I’ve ever made a homemade potato soup so that might be something to try. I think forcing myself to lay down more it what helped my energy go up. I’m still getting disjointed sleep but it’s more sleep.  

I also purchased a book called “The Holistic Guide to Wellness”. Looking forward to seeing what it’s about and if there are things I can apply to what I’m doing.
